Vikings lose season opening after a hopeful opening

Thirty-nine yards passsing was Mcnabb's total of the entire game, 37 minutes was the total minutes of possession for the Chargers offense, and five missed tacklse in one drive were but a few of the numbers from yesterdays game. Yet through a large portion of the game the vikings were actually winning starting with  103 yard kick return by Percy Harvin in the first kick return of the season. As the 4th quarter came around and the teams were tied the Chargers inched up the field making each first down while taking a lot of time to do. By the time the vikings got possession the chargers were leading by 7 and a forced punt seals the vikings fate.
